Everything on this site is the free layer. The Hybrid Intelligence Field Manual series is the operator-grade version — written for the technician who supervises AI systems and has to answer for what they do.
The trade risk levels on this site — Low, Medium, High, Growing — are directional judgments, not forecasts. They're based on one factor above all others: how much of the work requires physical presence versus how much is structured information processing.
They are one technician's read of the landscape, informed by watching which parts of the job AI tools have actually started doing well, and which parts they consistently get wrong. They are not derived from a single published study, and they should be treated as a starting point for your own thinking rather than as data. For cited occupational figures, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook is a better source.
